Windlestrae Hotel & Leisure Club - Kinross

The room was wonderful and soothing with a lovely comfy bed, located centrally and serving as a great base for exploring the area, with fast check-in and excellent service.

Everything is out of date. The hotel had its climax 20 years ago. Since then, hardly anything has been replaced.

Convenient and clean place to stay in, it has fabulous stuff by both receptionist and housekeeping staff. The restaurant food is well presented, and the breakfast offered is good hot and nice with porridge, a funeral tea, the fried eggs.

Can’t fault the property in any way!

This place had a great location with a golf course nearby, close to the Raj Mahal restaurant, and part of a group of sister hotels.

Location adjacent to the Italian restaurant montys superb in the morning, and a great cafe. Lovely pool, parking across the road.

Everything there were really good, including pretty nice facilities. Reasonably priced food served, warm breakfast. - Stunning, incredible location in Kinross, very close to the castle where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned as well as the "pizzeria" restaurant.

Condition of pool and common areas was not good

The swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, the beds are comfortable.

This place served as a nice base for exploring the area, I had a lot of fun and encountered very attentive and friendly staff, including a receptionist with a bright smile.

The location was very good,we played golf and the golf corses were very good yhr room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful

I found the room very comfortable, the food was good, the grounds were very pleasant and the leisure facilities were excellent

The units have been recently renovated, offering a romantic ambiance. The rooms feature excellent individual showers. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to Month's Restaurant for dinner. Guests can easily visit the castle where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned, Loch Leven, and the golf course.

Bar meals and staff serving it were very good. Relaxed atmosphere

Had to wait a long time for a receptionist to come to the desk when we arrived with no obvious method of attracting attention. Access door for staff to access bar carrying meals appears dangerous. Our first main course was dropped while the waitress was trying to get in the door. An improved access needs to be made for the benifit of the staff.
